The garden is why guests stay a second night: a paved terrace, a lawn, an outdoor fireplace, and a pool kept open through the Lowveld winter. Ask reception to lay a table at the water's edge and put something on ice.
A braai in the evening, a swim before the drive, or the fire when the cold comes over the Leolo mountains in June.
